Is the promotion of music today driven more by industry of the audience (is it led by what we want to read of is it led by what the industry needs to promote)

I believe music today is driven by what we want to read at music publishers take into account what people today want to see for example (modern, stylish) magazines are more likely to become more popular as they include a certain style people may enjoy reading.

    1. Bauer Media is a publishing company that owns several magazines. Bauer media gains such huge profit as it includes advertisements which pay the publisher to promote there brands. As it is globalised, this allows broad consumption of the magazines globally which makes them gain more profit as more people will purchase the magazines.
